Gate and security service
The subject of the contract is the security service (gate and security service) based on DIN 77200-1 at the police headquarters in Frankfurt am Main Gate North and South.
The service includes, among other things:
- access control, Visitor management and processing of visitor traffic:
- Vehicle traffic access control
- Execution of parking space reservations
- Providing information to visitors
- Patrols and inspections within the property
- Monitoring of the area via monitors, barriers and isolation systems
- Monitoring, controlling and operating alarm and fault systems
- Participation in occupational safety and fire protection measures
- Receiving and forwarding letters
- Execution of flagging in accordance with the Hessian Flagging Decree (approx. 12 flagging dates per year)
The Gate service is to be ensured around the clock at 2 workstations at the north gate and at workstation 1 at the south gate from Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and at workstation 2 from Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The contractor receives around 22,500 per year working hours. In addition, the property manager spends around 52 working hours per year.
