GAZ - Lot 24 (screed work) It will be a 3-story, rectangular building Reinforced concrete built. The ground floor and the 1st floor will have a core-insulated facade with facing masonry, the 2nd floor will have a rear-ventilated metal facade. The 2nd floor protrudes by approx. 2.5m on the north side. The roof consists of a flat roof on the Domestic appliances are located and a gable roof with a slight inclination of less than 5 degrees.
