A 3-storey, rectangular building made of reinforced concrete is built. The EG and the 1st floor Receive a core -insulated facade with a blind masonry, the 2nd floor receives a rear -ventilated metal facade. The 2nd floor on the north side out of approx. 2.5m. The roof consists of a flat roof on the house technology equipment and a gable roof with a low tendency below 5 degrees. Both roofs are occupied with PV modules and receive an extensive green roof.
