GAZ - Lot 21 (locking system)
A 3-story, rectangular building made of reinforced concrete will be constructed. The The ground floor and the 1st floor will have a core-insulated facade with facing masonry, the 2nd floor will have a ventilated metal facade. The 2nd floor protrudes by approx. 2.5m on the north side. The roof consists of a flat roof on which building services equipment is located and a gable roof with a slight slope of less than 5 Degree. Both roofs are covered with PV modules and have extensive green roofs.
