GAZ - Lot 25 (double and cavity floor)
It will be a 3-story, rectangular building made of reinforced concrete constructed. The ground floor and the 1st floor will have a core-insulated facade with facing masonry, the 2nd floor will have a rear-ventilated metal facade. The 2nd floor protrudes by approx. 2.5m on the north side. The roof consists of a flat roof on which building services equipment is located and a gable roof with a low Tilt less than 5 degrees. Both roofs are covered with PV modules and have extensive green roofs.
