GAZ - Lot 6 (Masonry Masonry)
A 3-storey, rectangular building made of reinforced concrete is built. The EC and the 1st floor receive a core -insulated facade with a veneer masonry, the 2nd floor receives a behind ventilated metal facade. The 2nd floor on the north side out of approx. 2.5m. The roof consists of a flat roof on the building technology equipment and a gable roof with a low tendency under 5 degrees. Both roofs are occupied by PV modules and receive an extensive green roof.
