Wealth and construction BW Amt Schwabisch Gmuend plans the new building "Center for Human Resource Development (ZHUM)" with corresponding outdoor facilities at the location of the University of Education.
The new building for the Center for Human Resources fits between the institute buildings and the sports hall (Zhum). This construction measure is ending up the urban planning edges of the campus on the south side.
