The city of Chemnitz is planning the inner renovation and the renovation or NeugesThe outdoor facilities of the Gebrueder-Grimm primary school, Heinrich-Beck-Str. 2 in 09112 Chemnitz. The subject of this tender is the services of the object planning free systems of the service phases 3 to 9 according to § 39 HOAI I. V. M. Appendix 11 No. 11.1 for the construction sections BA 1b outdoor facilities Hort andSchool yard and BA 2 sports open space. The planning services for BA 2 sports open space are optional part of the order and are accessed by the client if the financing is secured for this area. In Annex 10 - Overview of Measures of the Architect/IngenieurvertRags are shown the individual construction phases.
The assignment is gradually carried out according to the attached architect/engineering contract with systems, divided into individual performance phases.
