• The contract to be awarded includes planning and construction services as a general contractor for the turnkey construction of the new building of the Floßbachschule special school including a multi-purpose hall. General contractor services (planning from LP 5 and construction) for New construction of the Floßbachschule special school including a multi-purpose hall The Heinsberg district is planning to build a new special school with an integrated single-field sports hall / multi-purpose hall with a basement in Erkelenz-Gerderath. The project includes school areas for Primary and secondary school, intensive education and therapy, a single-field sports hall with meeting use, a cafeteria, teachers' and administration rooms as well as outdoor areas with schoolyards, traffic areas and parking spaces. The planned gross floor area is approx. 8,000 m². The new building is designed as a compact structure, which is structurally divided into two different systems: While the primary and secondary school areas are designed as a reinforced concrete frame structure with wooden facades (larch). Due to higher fire protection requirements (building class 5), the middle section was planned as a pure solid construction with an exposed concrete facade. The energy standard “Efficiency House 40” according to GEG is intended for the school. The scope of services includes in particular: - the Review of the planning services provided by the customer in service phases 1-4 (object planning, structural planning, building physics, fire protection, TGA, outdoor facilities) for plausibility and technical feasibility and, if necessary...
