1. Client:
The Hamburg Port Authority (HPA) has been running a future -oriented port management from a single source since 2005 and is active everywhere there, where it is about efficiency, security and economy in the port of Hamburg. The HPA meets the growing demands of the port intelligent and innovative solutions. The HPA is responsible for the efficient, resource-saving and sustainable planning and implementation of infrastructure measures in the harbor and is the contact for all questions regarding the water and country-side infrastructure, security and ease of shipping, the port railway facilities, real estate management and the economic conditions in the port.
2. Procurement object and building:
2.1 The building:
Hamburg Port Authority (HPA) in 2017 on the Blohm + Voss shipyard site (HVG) in the Hermann-Blohm-Strasse 3 acquired. It is an access-assured shipyard and company premises.
The main administration building (HVG) is a listed four -storey massive building built in the historical style in 1911 - 1912, which was two floors in 1977 - 1980 has been increased. Overall, the building now includes an underground floor (KG) and six above -ground floors (EC - 5th floor and technology center on the relay floor).
