Description:
For long -term, needs -based care for patients in the east of Hanover, a new building of the Klinikum Region Hannover GmbH is to be built for the structural further development and as an overarching structural cleanup as a focus supplier in the city of Burgwedel, Grossburgwedel district.According to medical strategy 2030, the two locations Krh Klinikum Grossburgwedel and Krh Klinikum Lehrte are to be brought together in a new building with the aim of the expression of a strengthened priority supplier. This concentration project offers a solution for the structural problems andsecures the long -term, modern claims for the sufficient care of the patients in the east of Hanover. The new building to be planned is based on the space and functional program (call) from05.09.2023 include a usable area (Nuf) of around 21,100 m2. The performance and needs-based spatial program must be used as a quantity structure of the structural conception. The distribution of the functional centers and areas depends on a with Krh and the Lower Saxony State Office for Building andReal estate.
