• Using this procurement process, the client is looking for a planner who will take on planning tasks in the following scope. As a general planner, the planner owes the client a complete, cross-service and interface-free agreement flawless and functional planning and monitoring of the construction of the project. To this end, he organizes, coordinates, controls and integrates the services required to achieve the project goals in all commissioned service profiles -phases and ensures uniform information management for the entire planning, awarding and construction process for the client. He therefore owes the client - for the sum of the individual items transferred to him planning services - as a general planner, the presentation of an integrated and coherently coordinated planning work. Basic services: - Property planning engineering structure for heat distribution lines, §§ 41 ff. HOAI LPH 2 at 100% of the target network expansion and LPH 3 and 4 to 30% of the target network expansion Note: The client expects the contractor to also provide the pipe statics as part of the basic services. This can also be done as a subcontractor. - Object planning engineering structure for house connections and heat transfer stations, §§ 41 ff. HOAI LPH 2 to 4 for 30% of the target network expansion - property planning engineering structure for the conversion of heating center swimming pool and air heat pump, §§ 41 ff. HOAI LPH 2 to 4 for 100% each Target network expansion - specialist planning of technical equipment (TA) for the wastewater heat pump, §§ 53 ff. HOAI LPH 2 to 4 at 100% each of the target network expansion - specialist planning of technical equipment (TA) for the air heat pump, §§ 53 ff.
