- The project has already been planned up to the performance phase 3 for the balance sheets of object planning, structural engineering and specialist planning Elektro.September 2027 (completion according to funding notice). As part of this tender, a suitable planning office is sought, which processes the following performance images as a general planner or planning team: - Buildings and interiors (§ 34ff. HOAI, in conjunction with Annex 10.1) - Technical equipment(§ 54ff. HOAI, in connection with Annex 15.1) in the plant group (AG) 4 according to §53 HOAI - structural engineering plan (§ 50ff. HOAI, in connection with Appendix 14.1) - Restoration planning - Safety and health protection coordinator (SigEKO) The service phases 4 - 7 are commissionedthe option on extension (see point 5.1.4)
