Description:
The plans for three buildings are carried out on the BPOL Compound of the Federal Police Headquarters 3, 10 and 11, which are located in the property of the Federal Heinrich Mann-Allee 103 in 14473 Potsdam. The performance of the performance of architectural/ engineering services of the performance profile are Building planning § 34 HOAI, structure planning §51 HOAI, outdoor facilities §39 HOAI, as well as plans for technical systems according to §55 HOAI. In addition, various special services are awarded. The services to be provided are in Appendix 2 - specific performance obligations and in the respective price sheets Appendix 3 - price sheets recorded. The services shown in Appendix 2 apply equally to all objects. The task includes - the needs -based preparation for the Federal Police Headquarters, both with office use, side user and - the modernization the technical building equipment and integration of the changing options. In addition to the construction of the maximum possible workplace occupancy of the building, sani taverns, tea kitchens, copy rooms and rooms for cleaning devices are being considered per floor.
