- The subject of this negotiating procedure with an advanced participation competition is the allocation of general planning services for the construction of the water treatment plant for drinking water supply including additional services for the Aabach team water association at the Bad Wuennenberg location. Goal isThe planning, preparation/participation of the allocation, object monitoring and object supervision of the WAA building by the general planner.Public law, among other things, operates the Aabach dam for the local authorities district of Warendorf, district of Guetersloh, district of Soest, district of Paderborn. The annual drinking water tax is approximately 11 million m³. The drinking water treatment capacity is 2,800 m³/h or 67,000 m³/d. The dam hasAbout a capacity of 20.5 million m³, whereby the congestion is 17.48 million m³ and the approved raw water withdrawal amount is 11.4 million m³ in accordance with the planning approval. Since commissioning, no significant optimization measures or conversions have been carried out on the system technology.
