The client intends to gradually assign general planner services for the construction of the new educational and innovation campus (BIC) including all necessary open and outdoor locations. The services of the general planner include the following performance pictures: - Buildings and interiors; - structural engineering; - technical equipment; - Outlashes; - building physics; - Fire protection; - accessibility; - specialist area planning; - Kitchen planning. In the award procedure, the client expects the bidders to solve suggestions on how to solve the construction task (integrated planning competition).
