Description:
Expansion of community accommodation Merzhauser Strasse 39, 79100 Freiburg. A feasibility study has shown the feasibility of expanding the existing community accommodation for refugees in Merzhauser Strasse for further parts of the building. The extension is said to be in wood construction, analogousto build the adjacent residential complex.
The project is to be implemented as part of a general contractor. Therefore, the planning services include the preparatory and design planning and the development of a functional advertisement.
The award procedure includes objectand specialist planning services of the service phases 1-3 in the disciplines of buildings, structural engineering, electrical and supply technology as well as outdoor systems as a total award to a general planner.§§ 14, 17 and 73 ff VGV for general planner services according to HOAI part 3, section 1, § 33 ff.
