- General planner services are to be commissioned, including the complete coordination and integration of all necessary specialist planning for the renovation and expansion of the fire service equipment house. The scope of services includes in particular: 3.1 Object planning Buildings (HOAI § 34) • Performance phases 2 9 • Planning of renovation, renovation of expansion and, if necessary, interim solutions • Adaptation and optimization of outdoor facilities, parking spaces, exercise areas 3.2 structural engineering (HOAI § 51) • Performance phases 1 6 3.3 Technical equipment (HOAI § 55) • Performance phases 1 9 • Research and drainage, heating, ventilation, Electrical, communication and security technology • Special requirements: exhaust gas intake, emergency current, radio preparation 3.4 Fire protection planning • Creation of a fire protection concept that can be approved for approval • Close coordination with approval authorities and fire brigade management 3.5 Building physics • Performance for heat, Sound and, if necessary, room acoustic protection 3.6 Security and health protection coordination (Sigeko) 4. Anticipated construction costs The expected total construction costs of the measure are approx. € 3,668,000 gross (kg 200 700). This information is used for orientation for planning and fee determination. Changes in the course of further planning are reserved. ____________________________ plans the comprehensive renovation as well as functional and spatial expansion of the existing fire station at the Talstrasse 29, 51702 Bergneustadt. The goal is that Adaptation to current technical, functional and safety requirements in accordance with DIN 14092, LBO and other applicable regulations.
