Description:
General planner services are to be commissioned, including the complete coordination and integration of all necessary specialist planning for the renovation and expansion of the fire service equipment house.
The scope of services includes in particular:
3.1 Object planning Buildings (HOAI §34)
• Power phases 2-9
• Planning of renovation, new expansion and possibly interim solutions
• Adaptation and optimization of outdoor facilities, parking spaces, practice areas
3.2 Structure planning (HOAI §51)
• Power phases 1 6
3.3 Technical equipment (HOAI §55)
• Power phases 1 9
• Convention and drainage, heating, ventilation, electrical, Communication and security technology
• Special requirements: exhaust gas intake, emergency power, radio preparation
3.4 Fire protection planning
• Creation of a fire protection concept that can be approved
• Close coordination with approval authorities and fire brigade management
3.5 Building physics
• Services for heat, sound and possibly room acoustics protection
3.6 Security and health protection coordination (Sigeko)
4. Protected construction costs
