• The project includes:; • Planning and construction support in accordance with HOAI over all project phases up to acceptance for the building of an engine power plant for the following; Performance images:; o Buildings and interiors; o Structural planning; o Technical equipment; • The following additional specialist planning and consulting services are also part of the order:; o Thermal protection where necessary; o Building acoustics (sound insulation) ; o Geotechnics; o Engineering surveying; • The following special services are part of the order:; Performance profile buildings and interiors; - Creation of building inventory documentation (as-built documentation); Service profile for structural planning; - Evidence of earthquake protection; - Construction and verification of connections of the technical system components to the building performance profile of technical equipment; - Carrying out performance measurements and functional tests; - Updating the execution plans to inventory; - Planning of aids for repair purposes; - Monitoring the elimination of defects within the limitation period; The following interfaces to on-site services are provided:; • Essential specifications for the planning of the building result from the installation planning of the system technology. This is carried out in parallel with the planning of the building by a general contractor for systems engineering and a general planner for electrical engineering.
