- The Elbkinder Association of Hamburger Kitas gGmbH is a private and non-profit company in the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, which, as the largest daycare center in the city, guarantees early childhood education with 177 daycare centers and approx. 7,300 employees for around 32,000 children.With this tender, the Elbkinder Association Hamburger Kitas gGmbH procures General Planning services for performance phases 1 to 9 according to current HOAI for the Iserbrooker Weg 5, 22589 Hamburg. The Iserbrooker Kita is a single -storey building, which is partly lower cellarand has a BGF of approx. 1,076 m2. The building has been expanded several times over the years (built in 1947) and partially renovated. Now the daycare center is to be completely renovated, in particular energetic and fire protection technology. The outdoor facilities were renovated in 2023. At the present timeThere are three creche and three elementary groups in which around 125 children are looked after. Scope of services: General planning service in accordance with HOAI (2021) LPH 1 to 9 in steps: a) Services of the object planning Buildings and interiors, basic services of service phases 2 to 9 in accordance with § 34HOAI I.V.M. Appendix 10, b) Services of structural planning, basic services of the service phases 1 to 6 in accordance with § 51 HOAI i.V.M. Annex 14 Optional, as required, c) Services of the technical equipment, basic services of performance phase 1 to 9 in accordance with §§ 55 HOAI.M. Appendix 15, d)According to Appendix 1 (to Section 3 (1)) Point 1.2 Building Physics HOAI, the basic services include thermal insulation and energy balance, construction acoustics (soundproof), e) Services Fire protection concept in accordance with AHO compulsory booklet No. 17, especially in accordance with Chapter 1.4, 4 and 5 (4th edition / 2022)
