General planning for the general renovation of Diffense Bridge (including the renewal of the electrical/ hydraulic system and renewal of the road surface)
Building BW 6416/436/437, the Diffenebruecke, is located in the Mannheim district of Luzenberg. The diffene bridge is a 61 m long folding bridge. The bridge consists of a movable and a fixed part. It is a combined railway and road bridge. The operating technology of theDiffene bridge no longer corresponds to the state of the art. Several components of the bridge have to be renovated extensively. As part of the present VGV procedure, general planning services are advertised for the overall renovation of the operating technology, the building and the company building of the bridge.The planning services in the context of an integrated overall planning (for which the performance images engineering structures, transport systems, technical equipment, structural engineering planning in the sense of the HOAI) are provided. The order in particular includes planning the renewal of the complete hydraulic system,Power system, signal and monitoring system, as well as control. The order also includes the after-calculation of the structure, the planning of the renovation of all metal and concrete parts of the bridge and the planning of the renewal of the bridge.
