With this tender, the Elbkinder Vereinigung Hamburger Kita gGmbH procured general planning services for the following project:
Kita Flughafenstrasse - new construction of a daycare center.
The client intends to replace the airport street in Hamburg, in the immediate vicinityend Kita Flughafenstrasse 89 to construct a new building. The day care center that exists today will make way for a housing project and the commissioning of the new building is a prerequisite for the start of the housing project that will follow immediately. Housing construction is not part of the day-care center construction project.
Up to 173 childcare places are to be created. (approx. 1,600 m2 GFA). The first legal planning issues were clarified in the preliminary building permit. The present result of a feasibility study corresponds approximately to the LPH 2 of the object planning according to HOAI without the integration of further technical onesparty.
Scope of services: General planning service according to HOAI LPH 1-9 in gradual commissioning, with partial services for object planning LPH 1-2 already available.
a) Services in object planning buildings and interiors according to § 34 HOAI
Basic services of service phases 1 - 9 according toSection 34 HOAI, in conjunction with AHO Specification No. 11, Appendix 10,
b) Services for outdoor facilities in accordance with Section 39 HOAI
Basic services in service phases 1 - 9 in accordance with HOAI, in conjunction with Appendix 11 to Section 39 Paragraph 4, Section 40 Paragraph 5, HOAI
c) Services in structural planning according to § 51 HOAI
