- The Elbkinder Association Hamburger Kitas gGmbH is a private and non-profit company in the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, which, as the largest daycare center in the city, guarantees early childhood education with 188 daycare centers and 7,000 employees for around 32,000 children. TheElbkinder Association Hamburger Kitas gGmbH procures General Planning services for performance phases 1 to 9 according to current HOAI for the Mennonitenstrasse 5, 22769 Hamburg. The client intends to fundamentally energetically renovate the object built in 1976.In 2022, an inventory was already made. The planned measures include: energetic renovation of the building envelope, optimization of the inner building structure, upgrading the fire protection concept and the renovation of the outdoor facilities. The client intends toapprox. 1,850 sqm GDF to create approx. 160 care places for children aged 0 to 6 years. Scope of services: General planning service according to HOAI LPH 1 to 9 in step -notiser assignment. Any transitional measures for the operation of the daycare center are part of the advertised scope of services.
