Description:
General planning for the Langsdorf primary school, new building and school building
There is currently a caretaker's house on the school premises, one Classroom pavilion with two classrooms and a toilet house. These parts of the building should be canceled in the course of the construction work. The city plans to recreate the existing daycare center and to implement a replacement new building in the expansion. The kindergarten is currently through the Lebenshilfe Pouring two groups. There is already a preliminary draft of an architectural firm that is to be oriented. This is made available for commissioning.
The new daycare and primary school building should be the free-standing new building with two floors without a structural connection to the inventory be built. In the planning and execution of the construction site, a new building subsidy according to KfW Efficiency House 40 Standard as well as a passive house funding+ solar package in accordance with the Hesse municipal directive.
