Description: General planning services are advertised. A new school extension is to be planned and carried out on the “Schule an der Carbäk” school complex in 18184 Broderstorf. There is a school building, an after-school care center and a sports hall on the school premises. The construction is carried out under the conditions of the school. The building is to be planned on one floor. The planning has to take into account the spatial and technical requirements for an additional storey.
In the area of the outdoor facilities, development work must be planned and carried out. Existing pipelines for sewage and drinking water and the supply can in part be continued. The sewage treatment plant is to be replaced by a fully biological one.
A preliminary planning for buildings, technical equipment and engineering structures is available in service phases 1 and 2.
The building is to be designed to be barrier-free.
