- The client is a joint venture that was founded by the three municipalities of the city of Bielefeld, the district of Herford and the district of Lippe that are subject to disposal for the purpose of jointly recycling the organic waste collected separately in their area from July 1st, 2029. A plant for processing 85,000 t/a of organic waste will be built at the Lemgo site.
