- The Schleswig sewage treatment plant (75,000 inhabitants) was built in the 1960s and has since been adapted to the progressive requirements of water protection and legal requirements. The mechanical wastewater treatment should be renovated and upgraded become. The new mechanical cleaning should be designed for Qmax = 1,800 m3/h. As part of the requirements planning, the relevant systems were pre-designed. The parts of the new sewage treatment plant are to be planned as follows: - Computer building at the location of the existing building: - Building on two levels on a slope - attached inlet shaft for 11 incoming pressure pipes (DN 150 - DN 400) with measuring sections for IDM - screening system: 2 screens (1+1), bypass channel, covered - 2 screenings washing presses with Discharge into container - 1 sand washer with discharge into container - 2 sand trap blowers - PV systems - NSUV "mechanical cleaning" - Temporary screening system for the renovation period - Sand trap: 2-lane, ventilated sand and grease trap - Concrete renovation/repair of the existing structure - Technical equipment, ventilated sand trap with scraper - Primary clarification tank: 3 rectangular tanks, 1 as primary clarification, 2 for quantity equalization - Concrete renovation/repair of the existing structure - Primary sludge pumping station - New building Primary sludge pumping station as a concrete cell with mechanical and electrical equipment, connection to existing pipes - traffic areas for collecting screenings - rainwater drainage with connection to existing...
