Description:
The municipality of Wandlitz intends to build a bowling alley for the Wandlitz district. In connection with the establishment of school expansion constructionthe bowling alley had to be dismantled. A new bowling alley is now to be built for the bowling club. It should be noted that the building should be constructed in such a way that an increase (use as a community center with a multifunctional area) can be made in due course.
General planning serviceFor the construction of a bowling alley
The contractor, as a general planner, should take over the following service phases with a step -by -step order: - level 1: Performance phase 2 to 4 - level 2: Performance phase 5 to 9 for the following planning services: - Object planning - Structural planning - Technical equipment -Free space planning - fire protection planning - Proof of heat and soundproofing - transport system planning - Coordination of the BN/QNG planner to achieve sustainability qualification services regarding the award and surveillance: - Preparation and participation in the award -Construction monitoring/documentation including security and health coordination - property support All services in particular The entire planning of the AN is to be aligned in such a way that a sustainability qualification e.g. B. BNB or QNG is possible.
