Awarding of general planning services for reaching the Frankfurt East bus depot
General planning service for the Frankfurt am Main East bus depot
The municipal utilities Frankfurt Holding (SWFH) will build a bus depot for up to 39 electric buses in the Frankfurt-Seckbach district. Next to the carport Turn off and charging of the electric buses, a walk-through maintenance hall for simple maintenance and cleaning work as well as a 2-story dispatch building with lounges and office space will be built. The property in the commercial area is approximately 6,300 square meters in size. Completion and commissioning The new bus depot is scheduled to take place in February 2028. The property is currently still developed with production and administration buildings. The development must be demolished. The property is classified as contaminated site. Preliminary environmental investigations on the property show local soil contamination. Object The contract to be awarded here includes the general planning services for the clearing of the construction site (including the treatment of contaminated sites) and the construction of the bus depot. The general planning services include: - object planning buildings and interiors - structural planning - technical equipment - fire protection - building physics - Thermal insulation and energy balancing - Building physics - Sound insulation - Traffic facilities - Open spaces - Surveying - Geotechnics - SiGeKo - Planning area for contaminated sites and soil contamination The planning services include the LPH. 1 (basic investigation) to LPH. 8 (Object monitoring...
