General planning service, new construction of a central armory building A general planning service is planned for the construction of a new central armory building in the Burgwald barracks in Frankenberg (Eder). The scope of services includes property planning Buildings, outdoor facilities and engineering structures as well as the specialist planning of structural planning, technical equipment (system groups 1 to 5 and 8), thermal building physics and fire protection. The subject of the order is service phases 5 to 9, as well as partial services the performance phase 3. The commissioning takes place in stages and initially includes service phase 5 as well as the partial services and special services of service phase 3. A binding design plan including the existing building permit The notification procedure forms the basis for further commissioning. Familiarization with the existing documents must also be provided as a special service.
