- General planning service for the new construction of a technical training facility for navigation for DFS Deutsche Flugsicherung GmbH on and adjacent to Magdeburg Cochstedt Airport as well as the relocation of air traffic control facilities from the air base Kaufbeuren to Magdeburg Cochstedt Airport. The general planning services include basic and special services of the property planning service profile (buildings, traffic systems); Specialist planning (structural planning and technical equipment, system groups 1 to 5, 7 and 8) as well as building physics services for service phases 1-9 according to HOAI 2021. The technical training facility (TSA) is used for the initial training and competence maintenance of engineers and technicians at the air traffic control facilities Navigation (ILS, NDB, DME, (D)VOR and TACAN). The TSA is currently located at Kaufbeuren airfield (Bundeswehr property). The end of the life cycle of the training buildings in Kaufbeuren has been reached. The new property is located on the site of the DLR National Testing Center for Unmanned Aviation Systems at Magdeburg Cochstedt Airport. A significant part of the existing air traffic control facilities can continue to be used and should be transported from Kaufbeuren to Cochstedt be moved.
