Description: General planning performance phase 1-9 (project planning buildings, technical equipment, fire protection, building physics, optional structural planning) for the conversion, renovation and expansion of the Astrid-Lindgren-Schule in Weiterstadt-Braunshardt in wooden modular construction.
The district of Darmstadt-Dieburg is planning to convert, renovate and expand the Astrid-Lindgren-Schule at the site as an inclusive all-day school in accordance with the school building guidelines of the district of Darmstadt-Dieburg as an all-day school due to the increased demands from all-day and inclusion.
This award procedure is intended to find a general planner who can provide the necessary planning services (see II.2.4)) in a timely manner.
