General planning (subproject 1: dismantling ZOB Nord; subproject 2: new construction ZOB Nord; subproject 3: Tal Josaphat car park) General planning service for the ZOB station area ZOB station area / general planning services: As part of the planned redesign of the station area In Limburg an der Lahn, the implementation of several sub-projects is planned that will serve to improve the functional and urban development of the area around the central bus station (ZOB). Subproject 1: Dismantling of the existing ZOB Nord including the Parking garage located above the central bus station. The aim is to clear the area in preparation for the new building. Subproject 2: New construction of the ZOB Nord with modern and barrier-free infrastructure. Subproject 3: Expansion of the Tal Josaphat parking lot to create additional parking space capacities and to compensate for the parking space lost as a result of the measure. Including renovation and connection of the underpass. The sub-projects are coordinated in terms of content and timing and together form one essential measure to improve the transport infrastructure and quality of stay in the Limburg train station area. The implementation will be carried out in sections in the following order: first subproject 3 (expansion of the Josaphat valley car park), then Subproject 1 (dismantling ZOB North with parking garage) and finally subproject 2 (new construction of ZOB North).
