Description:
For the renovation and conversion of the elementary school on Keplerstrasse, the listed existing building is to be upgraded and expanded. As part of the overall measure, the construction of an extension school building including a cafeteria and the construction of a new sports hall suitable for competitions with three hall parts are also planned and the construction of a new youth leisure facility (Waldowplatz campus) is planned. The order includes planning services in accordance with the Fee Regulations for Architects and Engineers (HOAI) Part 3 Property Planning and Part 4 Specialist Planning for: 1. Buildings and/or interiors, service phases 2-9 in accordance with Section 34 HOAI, 2. Outdoor facilities, service phases 2-8 according to § 39 HOAI, 3. Structural planning, service phases 1-6 according to § 51 HOAI, 4. Technical equipment, service phases 2-8 according to § 55 HOAI, system groups 1-8 according to § 53 HOAI 5. Planning services for engineering structures (water supply and wastewater disposal systems), Service phases 1-8 in accordance with Section 43 HOAI, 6. BNB coordination in accordance with the service description (see attachment to the offer form) 7. Special services in accordance with the offer form The determined cost framework for the entire measure is €32.29 million (gross) according to the confirmed requirements program.
