Description:
General planning services (buildings, outdoor facilities, engineering structures, supporting structure, technical equipment, building physics, fire protection) for BOS digital radio control center concentrators at 3 locations in 74189 Weinsberg, 88440 Biberach and 77933 Lahr. Control center concentrators network all control centers in Baden-Wuerttemberg and include the central techniques of the police and other security-relevant organizations. It is planned to be carried out by a general contractor. The room program includes approx. 700 m2 of usable space, of which approx. 240 m2 is for the IT area. It is a single storey building with a A floor area of approx. 900 m2 can be assumed.
