Description:
The Leibniz Institute for Agricultural Engineering and Bioeconomy e.V. (ATB), as the client, is planning construction measures for a "Leibniz Innovation Center for Sustainable Bioeconomy" directly adjacent to the Teaching and Research Institute for Animal Breeding and Animal Husbandry e.V. (LVAT) in 14550 Gross Kreutz, Neue Chaussee 6 " (InnoHof).
The construction site is a total of 18,000 m2 including compensation areas (approx. 6,500 m2) and is currently used as pasture.
The ATB operates the most modern infrastructure, including special laboratories and pilot plants as well as the InnoHof, which is currently under construction. In this real laboratory, a sustainable, circular bioeconomy and combined with excellent interdisciplinary research and direct transfer.
In order to implement the aforementioned research goals, the following new construction measures are to be taken within the framework of the measure advertised here as an extension of the existing LVAT sitePlanned area (according to the approved space requirement plan for NUF):
1. Research hall with laboratories approx. 965 m2 NUF
2. Machine hall with approx. 720 m2 NUF
3. and an office and seminar building with approx. 460 m2 NUF
A total of approx. 2,145 m2 NUF building areas for the planned structural measures.
Additionallyto plan and construct a paved open area for the later arrangement of a research biogas plant as well as drying areas for biomaterial, waste disposal sites etc. in the outdoor facilities in addition to driveways.
