- The district of Bergstrasse intends to have an extension building at the Zotzenbach school location at the primary school "Waldhufenschule" in order to be able to provide additional rooms due to increasing number of students. The school currently comprises 4 classrooms, but has a total requirement ofA total of 7 classrooms. The construction work includes an extended space requirement of 3 classrooms + differentiation, multi-purpose, care rooms, toilets, and the necessary technology areas. The building is to be carried out as a new building in a modular timber construction. It is a long -termExpansion. The creation takes place in a construction phase, the execution will probably be two -story, and with the KfW climate -friendly new building (KfW 40+). The commissioning of the facility is planned at the beginning of the school year 2026/27. The property should therefore be completed in June 2026. TheConstruction costs (KG300 +400) are estimated at around € 4.5 million, gross. The module system itself is publicly advertised and awarded. The expansion building is acquired by the district of Bergstrasse for permanent use. The location of the building on the property has not yet been decided.A plan of the property is included in the facility. It is a playground that is to be bought by the municipality of Rimbach.
