• Project: Modernization of the cooling water pumps of the inlet structure - Lausward power plant The subject of this EU-wide tender is the award of a service contract for general planning services (GP) for the modernization of the cooling water pumps of the inlet structure at the Lausward power plant. The Modernization includes seven cooling water pumps (Bl, B2, Cl, C2, El, E2, E3) and includes in particular the following partial services: Electrical engineering: motors, MS cables, LV switchgear, frequency converters, actuating/control drives Control technology/PLT: CPU, I/O modules, cabling, integration into existing PLT Mechanics: Dismantling Voith gearbox, adapting the engine base frame (integration of new drive technology); no pump renewal The GP assumes overall responsibility for the planning and coordination of the specialist planning as well as the interface, project control, deadlines, costs, documentation and Quality management across all project phases. The service profile includes in particular: review of the basic determination, preliminary and draft planning, cost determination, tender planning, procurement support, implementation planning, interface coordination, quality assurance, documentation, Construction management and construction supervision, commissioning and commissioning coordination, training, scheduling, cost monitoring as well as remaining points and warranty processing.
