The subject of the order is the planning services of the
- Object planning for buildings according to §§ 33 ff. HOAI,
Performance phases 1 to 9
- Object planning for engineering buildings in accordance with §§ 41 ff. HOAI,
Performance phases 1 to 9 regarding drainage
- Object planning for transport systems according to §§ 45 ff. HOAI, performance phases 1 to 9
- Specialist planning of structural planning according to §§ 49 ff. HOAI, performance phases 1 to 6
- specialist planning of the Technical equipment according to §§ 53 ff. HOAI, performance phases 1 to 9
The client initially only commissioned the service phases 1 to 3 according to HOAI And reserves the right to instruct the further performance phases in detail or as a whole. There is no entitlement to further Commission, Other contractual obligations for the client can still arise from this. In the event of access, the contractor is obliged to provide the services, if necessary, also gradually or in detail or in the whole.
The start of the advertised service is expected to be 15.01.2026.
