The Institute for Chemistry at the Humboldt University in Berlin in Adlershof was carried out by Staab Architects designed and completed in 2001. The institute is named after Emil Fischer, who acted as a professor at Berlin University from 1892 and was awarded the Nobel Prize in 1902.
