• The subject of the order is general planning services with overall responsibility for the property and specialist planning services of the service profiles listed below in accordance with HOAI 2021. The general planner takes over the complete planning as well as the overall planning Coordination and integration of all services required to implement the project. Scope of the services to be provided 1. Property planning building (HOAI 2021, Part 3, Section 1) - service phases 5-7, optional service phases 8-9 2. Specialist planning Technical equipment (HOAI 2021, Part 4, Section 2) - System groups 1-6 in accordance with Section 53 Paragraph 2 - each service phases 1-7, optionally service phases 8-9 3. Thermal building physics services (HOAI 2021, Appendix 1, Section 1.2) - Thermal insulation and energy balancing; - Preparation of all evidence required under building law in accordance with the GEG; - Energy requirement certificate; - Proof of the share of renewable energies; - Proof of summer thermal protection for relevant room types; It is provided the order to be awarded as a general planning contract and to commission the service phases in stages depending on the availability of financial resources.
