• General planning services for the renovation of the Leibniz-Gymnasium in Dormagen The city of Dormagen intends to build the school building at the Hackenbroich school center, which was built in 1972 and used jointly by the secondary school and the Leibniz-Gymnasium to be comprehensively and structurally renovated. The secondary school is currently receiving a new building in which it will begin operations at the beginning of the 2026/27 school year and will empty the existing building. After the renovation, the school building will be used exclusively by Leibniz-Gymnasium can be used, although it does not require the full extent of the currently existing space. Depending on the planning concept, it is therefore assumed that the current building stock will be partially dismantled.
