- HOWOGE Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH (hereinafter HOWOGE) was commissioned by the state of Berlin to renovate several public schools. The services to be awarded relate to general planning services for the complete and holistic renovation of the 2-5-stage building Schadow High School, during ongoing school operations, on the approximately 20,000 m2 school grounds at Beuckestrasse 24, 25, 27-29 in the Steglitz-Zehlendorf district. Existing building components A and component B will be renovated in accordance with listed buildings as part of the overall project while the school is still in operation. the If school operations can be maintained during the renovation work, there will be two alternative school quarters (Interim II, BT-F and BT-G). The restructuring measures are intended to make the existing buildings barrier-free, upgrade them for fire protection and replace the building services become. The aim of the overall measure is to create a modern school campus that is attractive for school use.
