As part of municipal school planning, the municipal council with printed matter No. 159/24 on February 20, 2025 decided to use the property Adolf-Grimme-Ring 1 promptly and permanently for a structural expansion of the Maxim Gorki Comprehensive School (MGGS). Based on this decision, exchangedThe school development of the MGGS and the administration (departments/living and school/culture/social affairs) on the necessary further steps and the requirements for the extension to be planned were specified. A building is planned for the so-called "MINT" compartments(Subjects mathematics, computer science, natural science and technology) with the name "mintimum". The "minimum" of the MGGS is to be built on the open space to the Carat youth center, Adolf-Grimme-Ring 1, 14532 Kleinmachnow. The extension is intended to have modern learning and lounge spacesFulfill the highest demands for functionality, accessibility and energy efficiency for the growing number of students. In particular, it includes specialist areas for natural sciences, a cafeteria, administrative and rescue spaces for teachers and students as well as an optional cafeteriacontain. For the development of the extension building, a route is required within the school area due to the school's duty to supervise.
