Description:
The Thiemannstrasse 16a - 23, Boehmische Strasse 21, 23 (WE) 5215 residential complex was built by architect Friedrich Wilhelm Schneider from 1928 to 1929. The entire complex is under monument protection and is located in the social conservation area according to BauGB. It is with 5-storey, lower cellarMulti-family houses built up, each with the Boehmische Strasse in two building complexes slightly L-shaped to the intersection. The 139 apartments include a total area of 8,742 sqm. The apartment sizes vary between 41 and 88 sqm.
The construction measure is divided intoThe following three sub -projects (TP):
Sub -project 1 Complex renovation existing building
Sub -project 2 roof topping existing building
Sub -project 3 New family house
As the subject of the tender, general planning services in LP 1 - 9 (according to Hoai,2021) to provide buildings and interiors, outdoor facilities, structural engineering (TW) and technical building equipment (TGA). The services should be provided by a general planner.
