Description:
The Spremberg dam was built between 1958 and 1965. In the basic drain and relief structure there are five identical basic drains, each of which has a DN1800 annular piston valve (RKV) installed as a control element and a rolling wedge gate (RKS) as a closure element. In the years 1992-1997 The annular piston valves were dismantled for the last time, repaired and reinstalled. The Brandenburg State Office for the Environment (LfU) intends to repair Grundablass 4 in the Spremberg dam. This service description is about planning services for the HOAI service phases 5 to 9 (implementation planning, preparation of the award, participation in the award, construction management, property management, OeBUe) for the professional repair of the basic drain 4. The following must also be taken into account in the planning advertised here in accordance with the generally recognized rules of technology (Description not exhaustive, see also explanatory report): Service phase 5 is to be developed for the structural and technical modernization of Grundablass 4.
