Description:
This tender is intended to commission suitable, reliable and expert companies to renovate/upgrade the stage machinery for Bayreuther Festspiele GmbH.
The whole thing is divided into 2 construction phases and the first is scheduled to last until March 2027 before the start of the festival or Rehearsal period must be completed.
The second will then begin in autumn 2027.
Construction phase 1 consists of:
Delivery and assembly or renovation/renewal of systems and technology of the upper/lower stage machinery, especially for or in the areas:
-dismantling, safety work,
-Improvements Stage sub-machinery (hydraulic stage lifting system, sensors and valves)
-Steel construction of sub-machinery (barriers, new access levels, relocation structures)
-Steel construction of upper machinery (machine relocations, rope deflections)
-stage upper machinery (traction equipment),
-Electric Control
-cabling (cables and lines, routes),
-Safety devices (upgrading or new)
Stage machinery - part 1
A) Description of construction phase 1 (2026/27) stage machinery:
Delivery and assembly or renovation/renewal of systems and technology of the upper/lower stage machinery in particular for or in the areas:
-dismantling, safety work,
-Upgrades to the stage sub-machinery (hydraulic stage lifting system, sensors and valves)
