The in -house operation of urban buildings Esslingen am Neckar, Ritterstrasse 17, 73728 Esslingen, intends to renovate the community school, Blumenstr. 10, 73728 Esslingen.
The school isDue to the central downtown location, the direct relationship with the Schillerpark and the classicist formal language very representative. The Wilhelminian buildings (main and connecting construction with gymnasium) were under monument protection.
The total construction measure consists of the modernizationand optimization of the existing school areas of UG-DG, as well as connecting construction and gymnasium.
