The in -house building of the city building Esslingen am Neckar, Ritterstrasse 17, 73728 Esslingen, intends to renovate the community school, Blumenstr.10, 73728 Esslingen.
The school is very representative due to the central inner city location, the direct relationship with the Schillerpark and the classicist design language. The Wilhelminian buildings (main and connecting construction with gymnasium) were under monument protection in 1910-1912.
The overall construction measureconsists of the modernization and optimization of the existing school areas of UG-DG, as well as connecting construction and gym. The renovation and modernization work concern components such as windows, sun protection, electrics, heating and sanitary facilities that uses far beyond their life cyclebecame. According to the current state of the art, these should be revised.
